You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MyIncomeStrategy.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to your shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from your shipper (approx. 7-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (approx. 3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (approx. 7 -10 business days).
For the Tailored Proposal, you may terminate your purchase and receive a full refund within 5 business days of making payment. After 5 days, fees may be refunded based on the prorated amount of work completed at the point of termination.
For the Advisory service, clients may terminate their accounts without penalty, for full refund, within 5 business days of signing the advisory contract. Fees that are charged in advance may be refunded based on the prorated amount of work completed at the point of termination.
Items sold and fulfilled by MyIncomeStrategy.com that you receive damaged or broken are also eligible for a full refund. Items that have been opened or have been used, including unopened DVD’s where the video has been viewed online, are not eligible for a refund.
